Product Compliance Appeal continually denied
Hello,
We are the primary seller for a particular brand of product that has dozens of SKUs. We received a product compliance request for one of those SKUs back in March, claiming that the product is a Baby Feeding Product and needs specific compliance documents. I filed an appeal saying it doesn't apply to this product as it is not a baby feeding product, and the appeal was rejected. I filed a second appeal and that was rejected as well.
We don't have documents because the product has nothing to do with babies, and nothing in the product details page suggests or implies in any way that it has to do with babies. We've received these product compliance requests for baby feeding product documents for 41 separate SKUs in this brand in the past, and every single one of them we successfully appealed as not relevant to the product, or Amazon withdrew the request after another SKU in the brand was successfully appealed. But now the 42nd, which is the exact same product as about half the other SKUs, just a different color combination, is constantly rejected.
Can I get some mod assistance to escalate this to an appropriate team and resolve it? If I file another appeal they will just reject it for missing documents that neither apply to the product nor even exist.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the compliance request being made from you. I understand that your product does not relate to the specific request. What type of product are you currently listing? How are you describing the product on the detail page?
I understand the detail page does not include any reference to babies specifically, but if there is any words relating to children or kids, then it may trigger the additional request for information. To resolve this, you will need to either review the listing to determine if there are any references and remove them.
Otherwise, you would need to provide documentation and details on your product to show that it is not under that specific compliance type. You mention having attempted to appeal, could you provide the messaging you received in response?
