After receiving the replacement, he requested another one through the Amazon return page and received the same order again. Then, he initiated a return but only shipped back one item, Now, he has kept two products for free and received a full refund. You can check the return page to see that the replacements were not returned.
Despite fulfilling all our responsibilities, why does Amazon issue refunds to fraudulent customers without question?
Please urgently reverse the seller-funded decision in the A-to-Z claim.
