Dear Amazon Seller Verification Team,
I am writing to address the prolonged delay in the verification process of my Amazon seller account, which has been closed for sales for 2 months due to changes in my German address and name. The German tax authorities corrected these details and provided a confirmation letter, but Amazon has delayed accepting these changes.
After the corrections were accepted, an unnecessary address change request was made, further delaying the process. Despite submitting all required documents, the verification has now exceeded 10 business days, and my account remains closed.
Additionally, my FBA inventory is currently showing as 0. I urgently request that once my account is verified, the inventory status be updated immediately to enable sales. We cannot afford further delays.
My Requests:
Expedite the account verification process.
Update the FBA inventory status immediately once verified.
Review and consider compensation for the revenue loss and disruption.
Examine the FBA storage fees incurred during this inactive period.
Given the urgency of the situation, I would appreciate a prompt response.
