customer claim I sent wrong item and request return. Open return request link gets page not found
Under action I have 1 open return request. When I click on it I get

I'm an amazon.ca seller and this was sold on .com.
This customer claim I sent wrong book even though I know I sent the right one. I ony have 1 of that book and I only had 3 amazon.com order for that month and I'm very careful when its .com sale.
To the point, how do I process this return when I get the error as shown above?
Also, customer claim I sent wrong book...what happens if person sends me back some random garbage?
I started not too long ago on amazon however I have process over 3k items on ebay with no negative feedback or returns. The % of return here is concerning...

Did you open a case with seller support? I see that your last case opened with them was on 8/20, this seems to be a UI issue within our platform.
Is this still an ongoing issue? We could further escalate the matter if you have already contacted seller support.
