Listing removed due to false energy star claims
I recently had a listing removed due to false Energy Star claims amazon asked for pictures of the product and the user manual which I have provided them which both prove this product is Energy Star certified I even attached a link to Energy Stars website which has a download of all product energy star certified and clearly has my product on the list no matter how many times I reopen my case I get the same helpless answer they keep asking me to delete energy star claims which doesn't make sense because I have sent countless proofs that this product is energy certified.
please help
