Faulty Link in Seller Central for Identity Verification for Inform Consumers Act

My account has been deactivated as I failed to upload documents for identity verification as part of the inform consumers act

I have these documents to upload, the problem is a link within seller central

On the account health page I click the link for "Identity"

However, it does not take me to a page where I can upload

It takes me to the "Get Help" page to open a case

I have been trying to get this fixed with support for over 4 weeks with no success

The issue is with an incorrect link on the page in my seller central

Is there an alternative place within seller central that I can upload these documents? Or is there a technical support team I can contact to get the link fixed?

When you're on the account health page, does it state reverify? If so creating a case with one of our support teams will help as the information needs to be passed to the appropriate teams for further review. Can you provide the case ID that was created when you opened your case?
