Brand registry keeps on getting rejected but no detailed reason given
Hi,
My application for our brand registry keeps on getting rejected with a template copy and pasted answer.
"This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (for example: tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time of submitting the appeal form. "
I provided all the details for our business with attached business license to get the same copy and pasted response again over and over again.
If anything is there any details that can be provided to me so I can fix what is wrong and provide any information that is actually needed?
I can't even apply for a new brand registry application now because it now says my application is under review and is stuck there due to this situation.
Please help as I do not know why my application is locked for 90 days due to these automated responses.

- Your business information is consistent and up-to-date everywhere it's registered
- If you have an attorney/representative, their information is visible on the trademark website
- Any email addresses associated with the trademark are valid
Regarding your current "under review" status - this is explained in the "Review process" section at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GN2GYQVPR7R4VMPB. The review typically takes about 10 business days. Once this review is complete, if it's rejected, you won't need to wait 90 days. Instead, you can create a fresh application by copying your previous one.
