I just finished looking into this and from what I can see, the name of "Muddy Pond" was never attached to the ASIN and if it wasn't, the team will not accept this brand name change. Do you have any proof at all that the ASIN had this brand name on the site at any time? Maybe at creation? If that proof could be attached to a seller support case, we can begin looking into this further.
