I am starting this new thread to help add some tweaks and updates from sellers like you and myself who are daily users of Seller Central.
Hopefully AMZ Seller App development Team looks at this thread from time to time and can use it to for updates to the Seller App in future releases.
2024-10-30 - Request #3 - Order Section
Please allow FBA orders to be saved when profile logs in or FBM. Whichever the seller prefers.
This is like an extra step not needed.
The order order date and other selection criteria, please allow saving to profile or save options in some way.
I usually do descending and order date today as preference; I would like to keep it that way until I decide to change it.
FYI - also there maybe a lag in system; sometimes when I put custom date; especially for same day; it always more orders than FBA dashboard. So it has been inconsistent.
Also would be nice just to have today, yesterday, 3 days, and this week as option in selection drop down.

***PLZ - this page would so great to have as an option to save as a menu bar item.
The report is in fulfillment which is fine, but its like an extra step. It would be nice to have this as separate section to save into the menu bar or some other way to review it quickly.
I usually forget this report is there, but check once or twice a month and forget about it.

Thank you for your post. We really appreciate these types of posts. As you had mentioned, we do review these and always use feedback and suggestions from sellers to help us make changes to better the selling partner experience.
Hopeful that more of our selling partners will contribute ides and suggestions to this.

I would a love button that gives us back full control of a hacked listing. LOL
A button when creating a listing that presents and highlights in yellow all the key words/phrases that a bot would flag so we know how to adjust BEFORE NOT AFTER a listing is created.

Hello AMZ Seller App Team,
This one is a must do improvement.
Everyone time I go to see a customer return info, then I click on the view return insight, it goes back to the main page instead of the return list which I just clicked from.
So irritating and must fix!.
It would nice just to go back to the main FBA returns list when clicking instead of view return insights.
Reach out if you need more clarification, this one was not as easy to describe.

Boy you got this one all wrong. This one is total messed up.
First off you should do it report style or table style with sorting and filtering.
Second off - I am not sure how to address these complaints from customer versus the refunds section.
90% of time when I look at these, they are returns initiated which we were already tracking.
You are better off adding this section in returns as separate column for voice of customer issues/comments.
So confusing being in a different section apart from not being organized.
Half the time I cannot tell clearly which issues are the new ones and the ones I have already addressed or old.
It would be nice to add a comment box or something for each issue which is brought up by customer for a way to track whether or not it's been addressed or not.

This section is definitely not done right nor well organized well.
It needs a redo or retrofit.
