Two days earlier, while I was preparing shipment, all of a sudden my account was deactivated, amazon sent me a email says that my account is linked to my account, two same name. This is rediculous, I have been selling since 2020 and I always follow the rules, things was going well, gradually I thought this could've become a reliable source of income for me, a man who provide for his family. If I knew they would do this I wouldn't have started to sell in the first place, I hoestly don't know what to do, I'm devastated.
Below is the email:
Hello Wyd****(my store name),
You have been found to be related to an account beginning with Wyd****(my store name).
To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated.

I understand you have questions regarding your account which has been linked with another account.
Amazon expects sellers to maintain only one account at a time, unless there is a legitimate business need for multiple accounts. Even when allowed, sellers must ensure all accounts remain in an active, good standing at all times; if this is stipulation is not met, then all accounts will be suspended if a single one is suspended. I wanted to provide that information so I can lean into the following- this will also be true for any other marketplace accounts for a selling account. This is usually the case for a scenario like yours, where you are seeing the name of the connected store being the same as your current. Did you ever enroll in global selling?
If you are unaware of another marketplace being created for your account, I do suggest logging onto the respective regions (EU and FE) and see if there are any deactivated accounts. If you do find this to be true, please check the notifications on those marketplaces and see what to do in order to reactivate that account.
There are many different scenarios for how accounts become linked together, but I would like to make sure the above situation is not applicable to you prior to working through the other scenarios.
