Product wrongly flagged as Natural Health Product
Hi,
We need help! My ASIN has been deactivated, because Amazon Canada says this product in considered a Natural Health Product hence needing an NPN/DIN number.
we have submitted multiple appeals providing Amazon with ingredient list, photos of product packaging. I have updated all information on the detail page as requested. but are only receive automatic replies from Amazon asking for a DIN/NPN number. We do not have that since this product is not a NHP.
There are several ASINS on Amazon that are selling this exact same product (it’s a kojic acid soap) under their own brand without NPN for many years. The product is the same ingredient with the same name and concentration. But Amazon Canada still replied with same email asking for NPN.
Please help me !

It might be the claims on your packaging, not the ingredient itself. What are you saying on your label? Anything about anti-bacterial, fights blemishes, treats rashes, psoriasis?
We found a company on the Amazon SPN list called Quality Smart Solutions who works on Amazon delistings. You may want to ask them for help.
