I have some questions. My return settings and return request are below .
1-) Buyer requested return and i asked the buyer that we can make a discount if he would like to use the products but the buyer have not answered yet. Therefore If i wait a bit longer (3-5 days), what happen ? Do you think Amazon automaticly approve it ? My return setting shows ''Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) = Seller ‘’
2-) My settings shows that ‘’ I want to offer Free Returns for none of my items ‘’ . Therefore Who will pay return shippment ?
3-) If i can not get any answer from the buyer, what i need to do ?

No amazon will NOT automatically approve it. They will approve an AtoZ if you don’t though

Simply approve the return. If he returns it (sometimes they don’t ever go through with it), you can file a safety claim for the inbound and outbound shipping costs, since this was buyer error and not seller error.
You must approve any return within 48 hours. You can do that and then also offer other options.
If you fail to approve the return and the buyer complains to Amazon, Amazon will issue a full refund and let the buyer keep the product.
How are you not in Amazon’s auto-authorized returns? Or do you not have a return address in the USA?
