Why is Seller Support PURPOSELY INEPT - They try so hard to not work it is getting scary

Restricted product violation on a now deleted ASIN. It needs Photos uploaded but Amazon doesnt ALLOW YOU TO RE- CREATE a RESTRICTED ASIN and this INEPT Seller Support dept says I have to upload the images to the listing for them to even CONSIDER accepting an appeal for review.

I told them 13 times now (case is 4 pages long) that That is impossible. I have uploaded the photos more than once to the case itself. it has been a BROKEN circle of responses which PROVES AMAZON ECOLOGY of DONT HELP and CAUSE MORE WORK for sellers.

I Know i need to mansplain it because the MODS here probably will have issue understanding and first response is going to be defining what i am supposed to do in which AMAZON BLOCKS YOU FROM DOING.

How Hard is it to TRAIN REPS IN THIS RESTRICTED PRODUCTS APPEALS that you CANNOT ASK A SELLER to RE-create a RESTRICTED LISTING. It is Not possible and AGAINST AMAZON POLICIES to RE-CREATE a Restricted listing. It is a VIOLATION ITSELF and is grounds for immediate account suspension for attempt to circumvent amazon policies.

CAN ANYONE AT AMAZON ACTUALLY PICK UP CORRECTLY WHAT I AM PUTTING DOWN HERE!!!!!!!!

THERE ARE NUMEROUS CASES.. this is just one that has gotten over 4 pages. other are getting to page 2 of this nonsense

15084612451 is another case in which i just cannot understand why no one wants to work the job they are being paid to do.

NO YOU CANNOT update an ASIN that DOES NOT exist in your inventory. you can CREATE a listing but you cannot UPDATE one. This rep in the above case suggested i VIOLATE AMAzon policy on relisting restricted product under a NEW ASIN to fix the old ASIN.

THanks for telling me to risk losing my entire Amazon account because you dont want to add the photos in the case yourself

When you uploaded the images, did you ensure that all sides of the product were included? Have you also uploaded the images to the product detail page? All product information must be clearly visible.

Additionally, the label and packaging are required to ensure your product is in compliance and valid for review. Please note that template images will not be accepted for review. All product information must be presented in English.
