My branded product (ASIN: B0DH3YP38K) suddenly became inactive. When I attempt to resolve the issue, I receive the following response:
"We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"
I have already opened a case with Amazon Seller Support (Case ID: 17322387501), but I continue to receive the same response.
Is this a widespread issue affecting the Health & Personal Care category?
@Manny_Amazon , I’ve seen you assist other sellers with similar issues. As the brand owner with an active Brand Registry, could you help resolve this?
