Hey Sellers! Hope you are having a great week so far. 🙌
Last week in the Listing Lounge we highlighted The Perks of Choosing a Professional Selling Plan by sharing some of the top features that come with a Professional selling plan which can help when listing and managing products.
Now we would love to hear from you in the replies below... (feel free to answer any of the prompts)

What's Engage with Amazon? I like to think of it as a section of the forums where we can connect and collaborate together as a community. Everyone is welcome to chime into the discussion and share their unique perspectives. There's really no pressure here, just a fun way to engage with each other. Looking forward to connecting with you all!
FBA Access, this way I didn't have to deal with the logistics of handling shipping orders.
Benefits of a pro selling plan are supposed to be access to seller support.
This past year I have honestly has to open sometimes 50 case to find one intelligent support agent who can actually understand the issue. Instead I get agents who are so tied to metrics they just copy send me you ASIN and that does NOT even relate to the question be asked.
There just are not many benefits to pro selling plan. It has been a headache.
Being able to create your own shipping templates.
But not your own handling time....
VERY LITTLE BENIFETS!!!!!!!!!
I have been a PRO for the past 12+ years paying 39.99 per month listing fees PLUS Insurance of 46.00 per month so Amazon won't be sued because of a paper cut from a book I sold.
At present it has been 2 months that I am inligable for the Buy Box (although I have 100% Metritic) and sales have dropped from 10 a day to 1 every other day. This is the 4th time this year.
Another great chance to give Amazon more money for not doing what they said they will do.
After selling over 40 units a month, it was no brainer to switch to pro plan--you save a $1 a sale. Changing shipping templates is one benefit, but still challenging. Why? Trying to make a template that will compensate for ACTUAL shipping costs (especially on large/heavy items) gets items listed under that template de listed.
I generally get good support when needed--but still need to fight high price alerts. There needs to be a professional sales tier for sellers that have right to set own prices.
Dear,
Could you kindly help to ask your colleague to check case 15641106171 to solve the problem, it has been almost a month.
Thanks and Regards
Sabrina
