We are running into a malicious competitor who has falsely submitted a patent / design violation against a product we sell. The company submitted a random number and not an actual patent or design for a product and we believe this was an attempt to harm or disrupt our business as part of an anti-competitive behavior.

Amazon Seller Support has reviewed our information and are not accepting our demand for reinstatement. There is nothing the competitor sent in besides notifying that we are violating a patent (which does not exist).

We need escalation and further support.
