My Account Stucked on Invalid Charge Method

Can someone at Amazon Support rectify this Invalid Charge Method problem on my new Seller account? I have been trying to set up this new account since almost a month now and it's frustrating that my messages to Amazon Support from the help page go unanswered. My credit card on file has already been charged $40, yet this problem persists.

Amazon has specific criteria for your CC.

  • No Debit Cards
  • No pre-paid cards
  • Internationally chargeable
  • In an eligible country.
  • Expiration, and this is opinion on what I've seen, needs to be over 6 months in the future

It's also possible what you are seeing is a hold and not a charge. However I suspect it is a charge.

If it is a charge, then your account is having issues elsewhere.

  • Name & Address matched exactly with Legal Entity & Business Address
