I am experiencing an issue with TAX ID verification under the Inform Consumer Verification process. The problem is that I am unable to select the country where my TAX ID is registered. The system has automatically assigned a country, and since the field is locked, I have no option to change it.
I opened a case with Amazon Seller Support on January 3rd regarding this issue, but to this day, they have not resolved it. I keep receiving the same response, asking me to wait, but no progress has been made.
Meanwhile, new products have arrived at Amazon FBA warehouses, and I have a balance in my account. However, since the verification process is incomplete, my U.S. store has been deactivated, preventing me from operating my business.
I would appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
