Yesterday I received an email from Amazon asking me to verify my bank account information.
I have been selling on Amazon for more than 2 years and I thought that this data was validated at the time of registering the account.
The problem occurs when I'm on the Manage deposit methods page and I can't see or find the "BUTTON" to verify my account, everything ends there.
Please someone is presenting the same problem and if they found the solution can you tell me how to solve this problem.
Thank you

Similar to you, I was looking for a verification button but couldn't find one.
Same with me, no verification button either.
From the Account Info page click on Deposit Methods then Manage Deposit Methods. The first time I did that (after receiving the verify bank email) there was a verify link next to the "remove from default" link. Hope that helps. Good luck!
I clicked it and submitted the required docs only for them to send me an email saying my info did not match. I've been a seller for a few years and have had the same name and bank account since my first account verification. Now I am stuck in and endless loop with Seller Support trying to get this resolved before they deactivate my account (as stated in the last email they sent me).

Hi @Seller_v2laoQdsVlgOo,
Steve from Amazon here. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I am working on finding more information about this and will provide an update as soon as I have more information.
In the meantime, please create a case to Seller Support for this as well and drop the Case ID on this thread once complete. This will help with the troubleshooting process while I look into this.
Thank you,
Steve
Hi Everyone,
We are facing some technical issues at this time and apologize for the inconvenience. You will be able to submit bank statements for verification starting May 1st. We request Selling Partners to come back to Deposit Method pages after May 1st and follow the instructions in the emails they received to trigger verification.
Thanks for everyone's patience here as we work through this.
Steve
I've had this problem for several months. The Amazon page listed only my name and the state, not my actual business name, which is how I've been registered with Amazon for 15 years. To make a long, sad story short, you need to have your bank write a letter of account verification showing that you are in charge of your business account. The letter ties your personal name to your business account. I finally figured this out, and eight hours later the threat of deactivation was lifted.
Judging by the forums, thousand of Amazon sellers must be having this same problem, yet unconscionably, Amazon seems to be staying silent instead of explaining what they want and how to get it. C'mon, Amazon, start acting like a business and serve your customers--we sellers!
