As mentioned above, I received a TRO which was soon settled. Even after a few days of settlement, I noticed that none of my funds were getting released. I dropped a message to seller support mentioning the same and also sent them the settlement and dismissal of the case as sent by the plaintiff lawyers (even tho they assured this was done from their end too).
On checking the status of my case, I see that its on "transferred" status. Honestly, this is terrifying since all of my cases which were transferred on seller support have never received a response to this day. There are some thats been pending for months now. Please guide me on how to go about this.

When exactly did the other party communicate that this matter had been settled? Did you ensure that they communicated your information as well in this?
