Amazon does not respond to cases created exactly 1 month ago and delays them with copy-paste answers when you talk to them via live chat.
If you're not going to support us from Amazon, why are we paying fees?
They did respond, you just don't like the answer or cannot provide what they are asking for. But no one would know that because you aren't telling the whole story or providing your notice(s).
What exactly is the issue? Post your first notice and cross out any personal information. @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9is actually one of the best at giving advice around here. Without providing any information it is very hard for anyone to help you. If you tell us what your issue is, one of us may be able to provide advice on how to solve your problem or in the very least explain to you why Amazon is not getting back to you.
We have cases from Feb and March that have yet to have an initial response. I wish there was an explanation as to why cases get completely ignored.
They don't care because they want to phase out third party sellers. This is no secret.

I have had a few issues as well and I can suggest that doing the phone call is way more effective than chat or email. Getting to vocalize issues and articulate work arounds to any standardized answers allows for a more customizable experience with the service. Not sure if suggested already, or if you have tried this as well, but worked for me thus far so hope that helps!
When they do not respond it is usually when they are in the wrong and they stop communications, most other times they blame the issue on someone else or different department some lame excuse to provide ZERO SUPPORT as denying support makes money!
