From past 2 months our orders are not being picked up by easy ship team. The support team is telling us to fill the form and we are doing the same continuously but the issue is not being resolved yet. No one from the easy ship team tried to reach out to us. All our orders are being cancelled and customers are messaging us daily basis asking for their orders to be delivered.

If amazon doesn't have resources to deliver the orders then they should let us know. It's better to explore other platforms rather than sticking to amazon
