We understand that sometimes Selling Partner Support, Account Health, and Brand Registry can’t always give you the answer to the question you are looking to answer or you can’t find the right words to get what you need from Amazon. When you create a thread, not only can other Sellers provide insights but we here on the Forums Team are looking to ensure that we can close gaps and solve problems where we can.
In any instance in which you have attempted to escalate your issue and it wasn’t solved, you can provide your Case ID and information on your issue and our Community Managers will review and exhaust all our escalation options to find solutions to the issue.
You may be concerned about posting information here in the Forums but only members of Amazon can review the personal and internal information of your Case and your information is safe with our team. We are here to help you and look for solutions.
We understand that we won’t be able to solve every problem and we won’t be able to share information internal to Amazon but we are your advocates here and we are here to support you in growing your business.
