Amazon Accelerate... Whose Going?
Just a friendly note, Dougal, that it's "who's" - as in "who is."
I will be there. Looking forward to it. Hoping to get many questions answered & feel more comfortable about selling on Amazon - want to say our piece about how poor seller support is, receive feedback about suspensions & account health in general. That is our biggest fear of growing our presence here as opposed to other sites.
We will be there, from Florida! Making a significant investment in that trip in the hopes that the sessions, interactions, and our Seller Cafe appointment will provide info and insights that we can't get otherwise. We feel, as do many Sellers, that there is a huge disconnect between Amazon and their first-level customer...which are "We the Sellers". We're coming with a positive attitude and looking forward to putting some faces to the names.
Even if sellers don't have questions, @Dougal_Amazon is a great/fun person to just chat 😊

Frankly, all the changes Amazon has been making, we need to stay home and manage our own shop.
The latest, listing shutdowns in Canada due to regulations. Even though we have been on vacation since COVID and Canada Post could not deliver. Add to that pestering emails to come off vacation from Amazon Canada.
But the most time consuming is DELAYING our shipping to DELIGHT the customer. This due to Amazon trying to automate shipping.
We can not.

@Dougal_Amazon We appreciate your post, and that you will be available to sellers at the event. Good for you. That is what we would do for our customers.
If you get a chance, let others know, how insane this is that we are forced to slow down shipments, so we do not get punished.
