Recived restricted product violation
hello everyone i am a new amz canadacanada seller selling from last 3 months . I do a little wholesale and sometimes retail arbitrage if i ffind Something. I had listed a cosmetic item by brand dirty works miracle cream 1 or 2 weeks back and i have received restricted product violation .this product didn't felt like a restricted pro when i first found as its just a cosmetic item and every new retail arbitrage seller sells these type of item. This item was listed from 2021 and had hundrehundreds of sellers till now. I have received the mail This product has been identified as Natural Health Product (NHP) or drug product, and it is subject to the provisions of the the Food and Drugs Act (FDA) and its regulations. I deleted the listing the next day and then i recived an email after a day that amazon has deleted the whole listing. Today i see that my account health is 196 and i have recived an email saying that youyour account is at risk of deactivatdeactivation i dont know if it is beacuse of my rating as 196 or getting a restricted product violation. I contacted the brand but there is no response..
my question is
1. Is the restricted product violation legit or is it beacuse of some automated system problem.
2. what will happen if i fail to provide any documents.
3. Will my account be deactivated beacuse of this.
please if u have any answer please dont ignore It i am really worried as i have done alot of hard work to learn and setup this income stream of mine

Possible Account Suspension
Possibly if you can't get your account health above 200 before the time limit is up.

Once you have addressed the violation on the account health page, your account health rating will improve and get you back into the healthy margin as long as there are no other violations present.
