Make product compliance easier with Compliance Fast-Track

We’ve launched Compliance Fast-Track, a program to help you streamline your product compliance experience.

The program sources compliance information from participating certification organizations on your behalf for product categories such as:

  • Juvenile products
  • Electronics
  • Arts and crafts
  • Window coverings

This removes the need for you to submit any additional compliance documentation to us.

To find out which of your products qualify and for the list of participating organizations, go to Compliance Fast-track program.

Maybe you should do this with toys from big US brands that even Amazon once sold as you have made Swiss cheese out of Amazon catalog forcing sellers and customers to migrate to walmart and ebay! We no longer mess with compliance we just let you kill listings off because why supply something that you already had at one time or another this is not our issue you always mess and sabotage everything. Many items you take down for compliance are items Amazon sold also and still has accounts with these manufactures yet it does appear the reason you do not fix is Amazon can no longer compete with these items. Maybe you should also address buy box removal and high pricing errors on items which no data or Amazon price fixing items to years old MSRP and if you need to be reminded Toys are non essential items which should never be price fixed unless there is a MAP pricing only for current year.

How about we make sellers comply with the platform's review policies?

Amazon continues to allow fraudulent sellers to abuse the platform and ruin customer trust. You work with Amazon. Take action. Escalate this issue. It is crazy that this is allowed to continue. Look at the reviews from ANY of the products the below sellers offer, they are all from other listings:

https://www.amazon.com/sp?ie=UTF8&seller=A2FQ3RE46HQKWA

https://www.amazon.com/sp?ie=UTF8&seller=A27H2UN3ADP246

The link provided does not show baby products such as lovey security blankets. We are frequently asked to provide uploads in multiple product categories via Compliance Dashboard. We understand the need for this compliance and fully respect and comply with the process.

BUT...in the past two years, we submit documents from internationally reputable (CPSIA approved) safety testing companies, images and all the required documents, and the support staff wrongly denies clearance and thus delists the product. They frequently have the products miscategorized with item type keyword, so they are erroneously looking for information that DOES NOT APPLY TO THE ACTUAL PRODUCT CATEGORY!

Also, we have pointed out numerous times to moderators on this page that we are stuck in a vicious cycle when Compliance Dashboard support staff tell us we need to complete the CPSIA warning field in the Product Detail Page, BUT Amazon has REMOVED THE CPSIA WARNING FIELD ON THE PDP!!! How are you supposed to successfully complete Amazon's request when they have removed the field we would normally populate if it was there!?!

Our most recent case on this problem is 15703835671. Can someone at Amazon please get a handle on the Account Health Compliance Dashboard support staff?

Got told I needed compliance data for a product this morning and they removed my listing. It was so funny because it is the same product that is already listed and is being shipped and sold by Amazon. If it is being shipped and sold by Amazon they must have the required documentation.... just saying ;-)

You are pushing sellers to other platforms. I do not sell toys or anything marketed to children, but have been inundated with compliance requests that get denied for no reason other than no one bothers to read the listings. My items are flagged as toys, magnets, building tiles, etc. when they are no where near any of those items. Appeals go no where. And to boot, when an appeal is filed it creates a separate help ticket for every single item, so to appeal the appeal I have to reply to hundreds of tickets? I do not have the time nor do I have the inclination anymore. Fortunately Amazon USA finally got off my case, but now Amazon Canada has started. Do you not talk to each other? Had my listings been read the first time they wouldn't have gotten flagged, but they weren't - and then the appeals were not read. I created a help ticket once listings ALL the ASIN's in one help ticket, and your own people said it was too much but you expect me to do it? You started the problem, why should I have to go through this extra crap to justify that you shouldn't have flagged things to begin with? I literally give up.
