Hello,
I have had my account deactivated since yesterday.
"Your Amazon.de selling partner account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement"
This is a product that was uploaded with others over a year ago, we never had it in stock. The only answer I got was that I have to prove that I did not violate the rules.
Deactivating an account in the current period is quite devastating, because of a product that was not even really on offer. No one has heard from me for 48 hours and is not responding to my request for what to do to fix the situation.
Do you have any information for me on how to proceed?
Thanks for your help
Hello vegaonline_515,
Based on my observations from your post, I want to provide you with a sense of direction moving forward.
As far as I understand, it seems like you had an item listed on your inventory that violated amazon polices.
Even though you don't have current stock, if the item in question infringes amazon polices you can receive the infraction.
This is because you have the possibility to add stock at any time and sell it to customers.
If you believe your product does not infringe amazon policies, you can dispute this decision by providing supporting evidence.
This evidence will depend on the type of infraction, for example, it can be supporting documents, images, or a written explanation on how you and your product did not infringe this polices.
