U.S. Tax info
I am a Canadian seller, interested ONLY in selling on the Canadian marketplace. My items are stranded until I update U.S. tax information. I am wondering if this is a mistake. I have been with Amazon.ca for several years and I have never had to give information to the States. Can anyone help?

I have recently discovered the answers to my own questions and decided to update my response for the benefit of other sellers. You DO need to update U.S. tax info to keep selling on the .ca market. It is very easy and takes only a couple of seconds. I hope this helps anyone else wondering.

all non-U.S. sellers will have to at some point whether they sell in the States or not. It is simply to determine whether you make any sales outside your .ca market.
I haven't even activated the US .com side of our account
