Do you have permission FROM THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon?

Your invoice needs to come from a brand approved wholesale distributor (not retailer open to the public) , or brand direct, either way purchased with an approved business account.

Generally, in matters of authenticity, the resolution will be to provide your invoice documentation to our team for them to review. I have included the basic requirements below for your reference:

  • Must include the contact information for supplier AND buyer, including name, phone number, address, and any relevant websites
  • Must be issues and reflect the sales volume for the previous 365 days
  • File format must meet either PDF, JPG, or PNG files
  • Must be authentic and unaltered - however you may highlight or circle the ASIN under review

Our team may take additional steps to verify your supplier by contacting them to verify the document information. The supplier information will remain confidential and this step will only be done to verify the purchase. Please be aware that if our team is unable to validate what you have provided, they will be obligated to reject the submission.

I will not be able to guarantee a resolution if they are unable to properly verify your documents. I do encourage you to continue to share any information or details you have so that guidance can be provided as needed.
