We’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with removal orders since December 2024. Several of our FBA items are stuck with the following message:
“Inventory in location that cannot process removals – please contact us.”
We’ve opened multiple cases with Seller Support (latest Case ID: 17429395091) and continue to receive only generic updates referencing "temporary storage locations" due to high return volumes. However, there has been no resolution or timeline for when removals will be possible again.
This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating, especially since we continue to pay monthly storage fees for inventory we’re unable to remove or manage properly.
We are simply asking to have the items relocated to a fulfillment center that allows removals.
Has anyone else faced this situation recently and found a solution or escalation path that actually works?
Any tips or shared experiences would be really appreciated.
