I have the same question that it seems tons of others have asked, with no answer. I have applied a couple dozen times for a GTIN exemption for a generic personalizable notebook I wish to sell. It gets auto approved every time, so I now have over 20 listings of my application being Approved. However, when I edit my draft listing, it just keeps asking for a GTIN exemption. I've tried waiting 24 hours--it's been months. I've rewatched the video at least 10 times. I've tried Add A Product, and going from the GTIN approval page directly to "List Products." Always the same result.
Another person asked this and got a reply: "Have you tried adding via both Add a product and inventory file upload?" Can anyone explain what "inventory file upload" means?
Anyone know how to actually get Seller Support? They seem totally nonexistent. All I ever find is more messages to consult Seller University and watch the same video, or consult the Forums. ?? Would love some help here!!!!
