To mitigate this, I strongly suggest you reach out to other established Amazon sellers in your area and ask to meet the delivery associate who picks up their orders. Build a relationship with them and share your contact information so you can personally request pickups when needed.
Additionally, don't forget to file a misconduct report and reimbursement form for the unshipped orders. This will help prevent any negative impact on your account. Remember to document all incidents and communication with Amazon support for future reference.

Lots of sellers facing same issues, but amazon doesn't care.
I normally send a message to my customer that amazon doesnt want to pickup the package and if he wants he can purchase from my website instead of amazon.
