We have received an intellectual property complaint for our product. We have identified the trademarked name that we mistakenly used for our product title. We have already removed the trademarked name and opened a support team for the update. Based on the Brand Registry team, we have successfully updated and removed the trademark name, but the changes will be reflected once the ASIN is active.
We also submitted an appeal to Account Health regarding the intellectual property violation but the appeal is always not approved. - "We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your listing at this time."
Can you please help me with this issue? BR team already confirmed the changes on our product title but the policy appeal is still denied. Thank you

It seems like you will need to contact the Account Health team to learn more. You can do this in 3 ways.
1. Sign-in to Seller Central and open the menu on the left. Select "Performance" and click "account health".
2. Go to the "Need help?" section, click "Call me now" or "Contact us" (based on availability).
3. If you took steps 1 and 2, but it did not resolve your issue, please create a discussion post in the Account Health category of forums.
