Amazon specifically has programs to allow the publishing of warranties on product listings. We updated the back-end fields for warranties, but how we can upload more information related to this?
This link for example is very uninformative and even tells customers to leave Amazon (Shocking).

Some products have the option of "Product Warranty: For warranty information about this product, please click here [PDF ]"
This page sounds like it is only related to "Selling warranties" independently of a product. We did email them twice however with no response:

Any advice here? The fields in the listings exist but don't display on the product detail page. Given a PDF can be uploaded on some listings, I am trying to understand some of these back-end listing mechanics. We aren't trying to "sell" any service plans and we can't send the manufacturer warranty link to a potential customer -- despite the Amazon Website literally instructing the customer to search for it. I'd happily put a compliant warranty PDF on the listing.
Hi there @Seller_tUYpcJn3XkHrh- thanks for sharing this on forums as I imagine others have similar questions. Third party sellers are unable to add warranty information to detail pages since all sellers of a product may not be able to adhere to warranty specifics. Customers will instead have to work directly with the manufacturer after the 30 day window has closed.
Can you advise if you are the manufacturer of the product in question here?
Also, I apologize you did not receive a response after emailing the warranty alias. From reading that help page, it does sound like the team there reviews all submissions but only engages if the account is eligible.
I hope this helps, but please let me know if I can help answer any additional questions on the topic.
Thanks,
Danny
