Greetings, two sellers made a false report that two of my listings were inauthentic just to remove me from the listing and they could sell their product, now I have to make a video call to clarify that my products are authentic only because two sellers cannot compete fairly, Amazon should take action in such a situation, please if anyone has any suggestions please let me know I would greatly appreciate it.

Do you know those two sellers personally? Did they email you and say they were going to do that? If so report the messages as a threat to Amazon.

On the other hand, are you 100% certain that the BRAND did not make the claim as is happening more and more frequently.

For the video call be sure you have your invoices available AND contact your sales rep at the brand to verify that your supplier is an AUTHORIZED wholesaler. In addition it can be very helpful if you get an LOA at that time in case you don;t already have one.

am I automatically authorized to sell the product or do I have to obtain a letter directly from the brand, authorize me?
