Missing Items from Inbound

Hello Seller Forums,

I had a shipment that was received by Amazon on September 30th 2024 with a weight of 21lbs and dimensions of 18x16x21 inches. Amazon never checked in any of my units and marked them all as missing. I had to wait until November 11th to file for an investigation and this was a big hit to my income as this shipment included a lot of inventory. I really need my items to be found or be provided a refund for all the lost inventory. I have provided Amazon with all the information they requested for the investigation, but have received no updates on the case. The case ID is: 16644568751.

Could someone from the support team please take a look at this? Thank you so much for your help!
