Denied safety claim

Why is amazon denying safety claim when i have received a different product from customer? The reason they are mentioning is the package is of Amazon. The product that was returned by the customer is not my product, even though it might have been sent by Amazon delivery or in Amazon packaging. The fact that the package came from Amazon should not automatically result in a rejecting the claim made by the seller if the returned product is not what was originally sold. The product returned by the customer is a different product/item. This situation feels like complete fraud, either by the customer or potentially by delivery team responsible for handling returns. This is extremely frustrating for honest sellers who are not receiving the support expected from Amazon. I am beginning to question whether Amazon truly has the best interest of honest sellers at heart. So does it mean that only Amazon is honest and they have the final authority to decide whether the return was genuine or not and that the seller is lying about the return package and that we don't know what our product was? How Fair is this?

i received wrong product from the customer and after that i file safety claim for it but amazon denied they said this is tampered packege case so we can't approved your safety claim, i bear 2899 rupees loss on this order. this is the biggest gap or i would say cheating with seller

There is different scam is going with me. We are getting empty package in customer rejected orders. And amazon is not giving claim for these customer rejected empty box.

And regularly we are getting empty box in customer rejected orders and amazon not giving claims.

Because of this we have to bare a loss of around Rs.30000 last month and now i think we have do bare this loss every month

Please shoot a video every time you receive a return. Open the package on camera and use the video to get your claim and mention it in your claim request that you have a unpacking video as a proof and you can provide it in case of requirement. some times amazon can ask for it. the chances of getting claim increases due to this practice and you can proof yourself easily.
