My payment has not yet been deposited into my bank account, and the Amazon specialist told me to reach out again after 30 business days which is six weeks!
I am extremely frustrated with Amazon support. It already took them a month to release the funds from the reserve, and now they’re saying that a “ 3 to5 business day deposit” means nothing. Instead, they expect me to wait 30 business days before following up.
This level of incompetence in Amazon support erodes trust between sellers and Amazon. We all pay fulfillment fees, and we at least expect a reasonable response.

Hi @Seller_OAEyjEX2efRci,
I feel for you - waiting for payments can be really stressful, especially when you're getting conflicting information about the timeline.
Looking at Amazon's payment documentation here, funds should appear in your bank account within 3-5 business days after the transfer is initiated (excluding holidays and weekends).
Since your funds have been released from reserve but haven't shown up in your account yet, here's what I'd suggest: Check your Disbursements tab for the payment's Trace ID. You can find details about this in the "Why didn't I get paid?" help page here. With this Trace ID, your bank should be able to track the transfer.
The 30-day waiting period you were quoted seems unusually long compared to the standard 3-5 business day timeline documented in the help pages. I'd recommend first checking with your bank using the Trace ID, and if they can't locate the transfer, getting back to Amazon with this information.
Hope this helps get your payment sorted out soon!
Best regards, Michael

I would call them with the case number, don't open a new case and ask for it to be elevated.
