Worst support in 7 years we have been selling on Amazon!

Amazon or it AI bot all of a sudden picks of some best selling products and issues a restricted products warning! We have 6 ASINs affected saying there is plastic in the products. We are 100% plastic free company and do not sell any products that has plastic in them as its against our own policies. All our products are home compostable and biodegradable on their own.

The products which has been put out on the warning are made from fallen plant leaf! there is no certificaiton for such products, its just common sense that the product is made from raw fallen leaf and nothing else. The EBC content of the listing has all the details on them, we have been telling this to the support both on the call and in writing but its all of no use and same standard emails outcome.

Just to add we also won Amazon small business of year specifically on selling these products, but again the system is so messed up to get something so easy to be resolved. If amazon is taking a note here, below are the affected ASIN

Cant help with the issue but if you want moderator help in here you need to add a seller support id.

And seller support and common sense are mutually exclusive oxymoron.

If your bullet points on the items have the words plastic free the bot has likely picked up on the plastic part of the wording and hit you with a restriction. You wont get anywhere with ss as there is nothing they can do other than send trite emails back saying you have been restricted.

That will be the issue, as mentioned by Stitchery_Do - if you have put 'plastic-free' in your comments, the bots will have picked up the word 'plastic' and that is why.

For a mod to look into it for you, you need to tag them in also, eg. - @Julia_Amazon @Ezra_Amazon
