Read onlyHi there. I have a pro account and kind of new on Amazon. So, customer requested return due to damaged item. I’m not sure where and how to generate prepaid return label. I tried to find anything on forum unsuccessfully. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Check your return settings.
Probably a buyer can generate a prepaid label from their side.
You should see (and select):
Returns Authorization and Prepaid Labels
- I want Amazon to automatically authorize and provide a prepaid shipping label for return requests that meet Amazon policy
I don’t know that April’s suggestion will work retroactively. If it does not, go to USPS dot com or paypal and buy a label. Email a copy to the customer. If it does not get used, you get refunded after a month or two.
