Account Suspension - Valid Credit Card on File

Hi, my new AMZ account got approved on July 8, with updated credit card information (under a different name and address). 10 minutes later on July 8, I got e-mail with subject Action Required: Amazon seller account under review, additional documentation needed

    **If you recently applied to sell on Amazon:** At this moment, we are not able to verify your account, so your account cannot be activated. We need additional documentation to verify your identity. Please follow the steps under “How do I proceed with my application or reactivate my account?"

    **If you currently sell on Amazon:** For your security, we have suspended your Amazon seller account. We need to verify a change to your payment methods. If you did not make this change, contact Seller Support. During our review, you will not be able to sell on Amazon. Please ship any open orders. If you have any funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-Z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.

    3. Make sure the files are in .pdf, .png, or .gif format. These documents must be authentic and unaltered, and the name and address on the document must match the name and address you provided during registration.

I have submitted a landline utility bill (my mother and my name on it), 2 bank statements with address and ensured credit card on file is under my name with matching address to utility bill. I got this file on July 10.

Yes, match to the address on the utility bill.

I would not submit a bank statement or credit card statement because (as you said) this was not requested.

Thank you @Oneida . I have checked again and I think they did not accept my landline bill because they stated only piped utility / Internet.

I transferred piped utilities bill to my name but next bill is only 14 August earliest. There is an account opening statement from the utility company now, but I am not sure if that is ok for Amazon? Also 14 August is more than a month after initial Seller Performance notification that my account is under review. I don’t want to receive kiss of death before that. Thoughts? Appreciate your advice.

I transferred piped utilities bill to my name but next bill is only 14 August earliest. There is an account opening statement from the utility company now, but I am not sure if that is ok for Amazon? Also 14 August is more than a month after initial Seller Performance notification that my account is under review. I don’t want to receive kiss of death before that. Thoughts? Appreciate your advice.
