Weather related issues at their main hub in Memphis is the reason. They are usually the best out of the 3 major carriers. USPS being the worst then UPS

As mentioned by @Seller_YqpLanfOPxNIM, there are a number of weather events and depending on if you are located in California the recent wild fires may also cause delays. I would ask that you expand on your situation. From the sounds of your situations was the OTDR impacted, or other performance calculations? When you shipped your order, were you using the buy shipping feature and did you have your settings updated to be included in any available exemptions for these orders?
An additional note for these types of situations, should the account be at risk and require an explanation or appeal, we suggest providing examples of the situation along with the impact caused by the events to highlight how you were affected in your specific situation. If you foresee additional delays, we recommend increasing the handling time, transit times or placing the account on vacation to help mitigate any additional delays that may arise since some of these situations are still on going.
