Due to an issue in catalog, that did not allow us to change any details on the product page I had to delete 3 Listings in order to recreate them and hopefully fix the issue - that usually works. The Problem now - I can not recreate them neither via Amazon GUI nor via Inventory File = we are unable to sell this position with good reviews and sales history.
If I upload inventory file system says that I have not filled in mandatory fields "publication_date" and "format" (and maybe others). These fields are not a part of the template for the product type I am trying to recreate ("wallart") - so I do not know what are the valid inputs and what is the reason to provide them.
Apart from that I have successfully created other new listings with this exact template a couple of days ago. I assume, that the SKUs I am trying to recreate were assigned an invalid Product-type (books and maps) and that blocks recreating the listing. I have contacted SellerSupport, but they did not give any helpful recommendation. Seller support claims that they have assigned the right product category for those listings though, but nothing has changed. I have tried to use self-service tool for recategorization - it says that the right category is already assigned.
How do I handle that? Please help. I can definitely remember a similar case on forum, but I can not find it unfortunately.
