We lost about half of our product's "buy box"

Hi Amazon Professionals,

We have been selling on Amazon for years, well aware Amazon policies and doing our best to maintain our account health. We lost listings' Buy Box option for about 200 of our products overnight with no reasons.

We found that most of the products are in the Batteries and Chargers category, has Amazon changed the data for these categories?

Contacted seller support many times but none are able to provide solutions. Any experience sellers with this same issue, thank you for your advise!

Order Defect Rate - 0%

Late Shipment Rate - 0%

Valid Tracking Rate - 100%

Let it go. Happens all the time and there is NO FIX. All you can do is waste a lot of time trying to get help, just to be told "The bot knows what it knows". BB will come back as suddenly as it went away, for most anywhere from 1-4 weeks....
