Urgent Help Needed with Account Deactivation Due to Incorrect Account Link
Hello fellow sellers,
I’m facing a challenging issue with my Amazon Seller Central account, “Clossyo,” which has been deactivated due to an alleged link to another account that I did not create. Despite several appeals and providing all requested information, Amazon continues to ask for evidence of non-association, which I cannot provide because no such association exists.
Here’s what’s happened:
• My account was deactivated for being related to another with a similar name.
• I’ve appealed multiple times through the Account Health page but keep receiving the same standard response.
I need advice on:
1. Resolving issues of incorrect account linkage.
2. What evidence Amazon might accept to prove no connection exists.
3. Any direct contacts or steps to expedite the reactivation process.
If anyone has navigated a similar situation or has suggestions on how to prove a negative when Amazon insists on linkage evidence, your input would be invaluable.
Thank you for your help!

A similar name wouldn't normally be enough to create a link between accounts. Have you been able to look at the other account?

Were you able to get your account reactivated?
