Buyer filed an A-Z claim

The package was delivered on time with with shipping purchased through amazon.

Yet, the customer files an A to Z claim because they ordered the wrong size.

Tracking shows the package delivered well before the delivery date. A safety claim was filed and granted no impact on my rating but the purchase price was deducted from my account. The customer claimed they bought the wrong size, their email was sent the day after it was mailed. I returned the email asking which size they needed. That email was not returned and instead they filed an A- Z claim and purchased the size they intended.

The customer needs to return the item in order to get refunded. Why didn't amazon follow their rules on this?

What more evidence is needed other than the tracking number which was bought through amazon?

I'm dealing with a similar issue. The customer has requested two different refunds for the item. The first stated it was malfunctioning, when asked to return the item they put in another request stating the item arrived late.

Hello @Seller_UuPEoIe9mZTxa Thanks for reporting an issue with a recent claim. You mentioned that a SAFE-T Claim was filed in addition to an A-to-Z Claim. Were both of these filed for the order?

Amazon Buy Shipping protections offer protections against issues with missing or delayed deliveries. Was the A-to-Z Claim filed due to delivery issues, or because the seller claimed they received the wrong item?

Did you appeal the Claim, and can you share a Case or Order ID?
