I received Intellectual Property Complaints from " BiOptimizers ". I alredy provide Invoice from seller, but listing still blocked. And notify me like: "provide more info". What else I needs to be provided?

Did you purchase your inventory from an AUTHORIZED distributor?

Do you mean a website for wholesale purchases for the purpose of resale, where you had to provide your tax and business licenses before you could even access it?

Or do you mean their .com site that any person can order from? Because that is RETAIL, not a distributor, and you got a RECEIPT, even if it says Invoice.

Most importantly, do you have WRITTEN PERMISSION from Bioptimizer to sell their products on Amazon?
