When purchasing shipping thru Buy Shipping (Using our own UPS account) do you get protection if the package was supposed to be delivered in 2 day but actually delivers in 3 days because of a UPS issue?
We are not a Prime seller but we are a Premium seller and are constantly getting out Eligibility disabled because of late shipments due to UPS errors. (Weather, Late Pick Ups, Customer wasn't available, etc...)

Purchasing Buy Shipping using your own UPS rates will still get you the same protections as outlined on this Seller Central help page. If you're having issues with a late delivery, you can also reach out to the UPS help line for Amazon sellers: 1-800-711-5914.
