I have received Product Authenticity Policy Violations

I have an "authenticity" policy violations affecting my account health. However, the customer complaint that triggered this "authenticity" of the product I am selling is false and inaccurate.

I have all documents and proof that show my product is 100% authentic and yet amazon still says "We received your submission but do not have sufficient information to reactivate your listings."

ALSO the returns for this ASIN reasons were not because of the products authenticity, rather because the customer thought they were receiving 30 units, this listing was for 1 unit and it comes with 30 pads in each unit.

How can this be? I have submitted my legitimate documents multiple times now and I do not know what else I can do.

Can @Atlas_Amazonor @Micah_Amazon or anyone else at Amazon, please help me with this?

Your "documents" are not sufficient. What are they?

You will need Letter of Authorization, Licensing Agreement (where applicable) and "Commercial" Invoicing at a bare minimum. Did you provide these documents? If so, were they "signed" documents?

Amazon wants precise documents - not just what "we" think is good enough...

When it comes to customer authenticity complaints, these are typically surrounding their experience with the order, even if false we will still ask for invoices to verify due to the raised concern. Once verified the violation caused by this complaint will be removed.

But what was your "supplier"? Was it an authorized WHOLESALE distributor of the brand? (if you didn't have to provide your tax id, it wasn't wholesale). Buying from a brand's public facing website is not a valid source (you can read some of the Nike threads if you don't believe me).

And even if your purchase was from a legit authorized wholesaler, are YOU authorized BY THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon?

While Amazon doesn't tend to ask for it, for more and more brands you need to have written permission FROM THE BRAND to sell on Amazon (permission from the distributor doesn't count).

I would recommend reviewing everything @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw mentioned. There are a number of aspects even outside of what they mention such as the ASIN and your product branding and information matching as an example of one.

Can you advise on the ASIN, and sourcing method? Were you purchasing these from the brand or authorized distributor with authorization from the brand if required? Have you reached out to the rights owner to inquire on if authorization is required to sell on amazon?

Although you have the general invoice requirements, I would recommend checking out the provided help page fore some guidance on common scenarios where invoices may be rejected.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.
