Getting the same error on multiple shipments, several different skus. I have even tried variations in the plans to get around it. Anyone figure this out? I have a case in with Amazon and have called them multiple times.

I just got off the phone with Seller central and it sounds like it is a wide spread issue affecting multiple sellers. I was able to find a work around by skipping step 1b and doing a LTL/FTL. This has proved it's own set of probembs because our shipments are SPD and do not need to be palletized. I would recommend that as a last resort. Hopefully Amazon can fix the issue quickly.
